You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: The apartments are safe. It is a low crime area. Management and residents pay attention to ativities in the compex.

      User Response: Cats and small dogs are allowed with pet deposit. Service dogs are exempt from deposit. Generally speaking, rodents and birds are not allowed as pets.

      User Response: No utilities are included in rent. Residents are responsiblde for utilities. Electric and water services are required to be connected with every leased apartment.

      User Response: The area is quiet and safe. There are two parks close by. Local shopping is limited to Dollar general. Local medical services limited to a family practice clinic. Paramedic service can, at times, be ten to fifteen minutes away. Living here without driving can be challenging. The county's senior center does offer transportation by appointment, but it may be less than comvenient.
