User Response: Its better than living on the streets, barley the staff are rude and unprofessional and don't care about anything but rent usually took a week to have maintenance fix anything and it's never new parts always used and they rig it up they speak no English and are rude as well and you have to worry about your neighbor stealing your packages and knocking on you door at midnight asking for a cigarette and when if you do as I have a package stolen and even with a camera right near my door sorry your outta luck because they don't record and they will tell you should have tracked your package and been home waiting I mean having to be at work is a priority over waiting at home for a package that should technically be there when you get home if it's my opinion you should go downtown Miami
