Seven Corners Apartments has been a part of the West Bank Community since 1984. Nestled between 35w and the University of Minnesota Law School. Seven Corners offers quality apartment homes to students and the working community. Amenities include an exercise facility, community room, tanning bed and a large laundry room. There are a multitude of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and we are close to the bus line. Off-street parking is available. Our staff will always make you feel at home. Come live in a historic part of Minneapolis at Seven Corners. .

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Minnesota, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
