      User Response: Horrible place to live. It might be affordable but this building is falling apart. If you care about your love ones, DO NOT LET THEM MOVE IN HERE. First of all , most apartments are filled with roaches, they do spray on occasion. The intercom system is still not working. This has been going on for at least 5 years. Most of the time , the garbage chute fills up the 2nd floor. The 2 women in the office never returned 1 phone call. Finally , we had to contact their corporate office.

    I would like to know if i'm eligible to be placed in a one-bedroom apartment on, 61 years old, i have a full-time job. I own a car have no monthly payments on my car i have no debts at all, thank you very much.
