A year ago lived here for three years, bed bugs disaster was told i was the only one who had the problem found out multiple people who lived here had the same problem that i have to pay for those expenses which was 1500. 00, just had a new born baby with bed bugs in my apartment. Had to get rid of an entire bedroom set plus baby room set. Like having expections back to back when you are not home or have to stay to let staff into your apartment every few months or so? The exterminator only comes once in a blue moon and only without notice of when they are coming by. Rent goes up unexpectedly whenever not with lease is renewed. The manager is very cold and is always on her phone can't get a hold of anyone on the premises during operation hours and to get anything fix is ghetto rigged. Always drama here cars broken into i'm not talking about a few cars lets say about 20 that i have found out talking to other attendants including mine. People doing drug deals in parking lots at night. Fist fights, fire alarms constantly going off scaring you in the middle of the night. Having many false alarms, elevator doesn't work half the time. Could i say more to let you know this place is a disaster. I'm glad i'm not there anymore. A very unsafe family environment where you feel like something is going on around you at night. Oh plus the front doors to apartments are soo hollow you can here people inside their homes or out in the hallways from your bedroom. Don't bother having a dog here because if they bark when someone passes your door you will be notified and kicked out for that. This is far the worse place i ever lived at and had such a hard time and coping with how nasty a manager is here. Called corporate to have a talk with her then things change to i shouldn't have called them to talk to her first i'm sorry but if your being cruel and unfair and taking your time to do things when a child in involved in a home it should be first priority like air conditioner in a home in south florida.
