      User Response: Yes I am familiar, it's good I like living there but will have to move due to the rent being raised 3 times this year and we aren't even half way throughout the year. They advised in Jan that the new rate will be effective May 1st and then sent another letter advising that in June it will be another higher amount. They will be losing a lot of great tenants.
