      User Response: Office manager raising rents. Ppl there are not paying what on their lease agreements rents for some has gone up twice in less then a yr. N lease agreements have one rent price n ppl there r paying a different rent amount on office verbal. This is ilegal. Your office manager is doing fraudlent things there. An investigation needs to be done on her. She mean n cruel to ppl. I am going to go to cou

      User Response: Those apt from my visits are not safe. And office manager fails to put in work orders. Even when repoted work doesnt get done. Path way light fixtures dnt work making it dangerous for tentants who go home at night in pathways. And then some.
